As you and your family are preparing for back-to-school, Hallmark is making it easy to add “confidence” and “encouragement” next to those necessary classroom supplies on your shopping lists!  They have a ton of great products that can make your child’s first day (or 67th) feel special and help them remember how loved they are even when they’re away from home.

Here are just a few of Hallmark’s Back-to-School items

    • Kids Encouragement Greeting Cards – featuring kid-appropriate topics from managing difficult academic or social situations to achieving a personal goal in the classroom or on the field.
    • Hallmark’s “Any Day” Greeting Cards – made especially for kids, featuring music sensation Justin Bieber!
    • Lunchbox Notes – 50 tear-off ways for you to add a little love to lunchtime.  Personally, I LOVE these!!
    • Bug ‘Em – pint-sized plush ladybug or bumblebee that can hold cards and other tokens of encouragement and give an unexpected lift to any youngster’s day.  I love the idea of hiding one of these in your child’s backpack so they find it once they’re at school!! (they’re so soft & cute)

I like to put notes in her lunch to let her know I’m thinking about her. I also buy a special “surprise dessert” for her lunch now and then…like her favorite candy bar.

I was reprimanded by all 4 kids on the first day of school. I packed six lunches that morning including mine and my husbands and forgot all the notes. Boy did I hear it when they came in my classroom at school. Lesson learned! :)

Those lunchbox notes are so cool, i wish i got those in my lunch when i was a kid! I like to use cute cookie cutters for sandwiches and sometimes I put in a special piece of candy or sticker for a nice surprise

I kiss her on the hand and let her put the kiss to her heart and whenever she misses me she knows my love is with her.

I take the first day of school off every year so I can walk the kids to school and home again. I put hello notes in the lunch boxes and start the day with hugh hugs.

I send her little note cards in her lunch box to let her know I love her! And I bring her a snack when I pick her up…today, I didn’t and she noticed….However, I had planned on us going to the bakery for fresh cupcakes to celebrate the end of week one of preschool!
