You've heard me rave before about how wonderful CSN is & how you can find everything from the perfect laptop messenger bag to a stunning writing desk - and everything in-between! I told you all the other day about how we made getting our toys organized part of our Christmas plan this past year.
We bought all of our organizational pieces from CSN! We picked up 2 Honey Can Do Sort and Store Toy Organizers and one of the Kidcraft Sling Bookshelves. Both items were on sale during the holidays and included free shipping, so we got a great deal! I am really impressed with the quality of the items - better than expected, to be honest. But - I'm even more impressed with CSN's customer service. One of the storage bins arrived cracked, so I emailed them (expecting a big hassle on my end), and was surprised to get a quick response back and an offer to send a replacement piece at no cost to me. I don't even have to mail back the damaged part!! Now, that is good service! I have yet to receive the item, but did get a confirmation that it has been shipped.
All in all, I will definitely continue to scout out the deals on CSN's 200+ stores!
