Thanks to MyBlogSpark, I was recently sent an Old El Paso "family taco night" kit!  My husband loves tacos, and though we don't make them a ton, we do like to occasionally have a festive dinner!  When I do make Tacos, I actually prefer the taste (usually) of a packaged mix.  And who are we kidding, it is just so easy ... and I can usually find the packets on sale for super cheap!

On this particular occasion, I made our tacos "as usual" and just substituted our regular brand of taco seasoning with Old El Paso.  It was very easy and required no additional steps or crazy instructions!  They are tacos, after all, so I appreciate that!  We added lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and cheese to our soft and hard tortillas - making a fun-to-assemble and yummy meal!  My only complaint with the meal was that the seasoning packet made the meat extremely salty.  It was a little bland otherwise (I like a little heat) and just came across as overwhelmingly salty for me.  My husband agreed, but Bella loved it (no surprise there).
