We recently tried these new meals and they are AMAZING!!! I did not have high hopes – I mean, risotto from a frozen meal?! But I was absolutely blown away by them! Our favorite was the Roasted Chicken & Mushroom. It was creamy and robust, so easy to make (dump into a pan, stir occasionally – DONE), and satisfied our gourmet appetite!  My only complaint is that the serving sizes are slightly on the small side.  If you make one of these meals, it will definitely only feed 2 people per package, and you’ll probably want to make a side dish to accompany it (like a salad, vegetable, or bread).

To add to this exciting news, in addition to the new risottos, Bertolli also added two new Bertolli Meal Soup flavors – Italian-Style Wedding and Ricotta & Lobster Ravioli in a Seafood Bisque.
