Chris and I absolutely consider ourselves “foodies” but we really try to put a healthy spin on the meals we make at home. One main way I try – I work out regularly. AT LEAST a couple times a week, if not more. I’ve been doing that for a while now and it’s fantastic :)

I try to make sure my family always has a fruit and/or veggie with every meal. We don’t always eat super healthy, and have been known to have a pizza once in awhile ;) but no matter what we eat, there are fruits and/or veggies included! :)

my most favorite improvement lately has been switching to Greek yogurt over regular yogurt. It is SO good for you! And the massive amounts of protein in greek yogurt keep you feeling full for a long time. check out chobani – love it!
