With each of our 2 previous children, we’ve used a baby carrier to keep baby happy when around the house & definitely when on the go. I’ll be honest, Chris has always worn the baby a lot more than me!! I think after 9 months of growing the baby, and having to nurse every 2 hours, it is only fair that he totes around the child for a bit 
He’s happy to do it (really).
Especially since we’ll now have 3 children, we plan on wearing the baby when we’re out and about more – that way the other 2 kids can sit in the stroller and we won’t have to struggle with a heavy car seat or extra gear. For this reason, I was so excited when I saw how small and portable the BobaAir is!! Since first discovering it, I’ve seen loads of parents wearing them and am always impressed with how easy & comfortable it looks!
There aren’t 20 million straps to worry about, the design is very straight-forward. There isn’t a complicated list of directions for how to put it on, how to get baby in, and how to adjust it – again, very easy to do without a single instruction! Plus, there’s a storage pocket right in front that is plenty large enough to hold your phone, keys, wallet, pacifier, etc. AND there’s a hood that you can snap into place for when baby falls asleep or to keep him/her shaded – I love this feature! When you’re done, just fold it up & the whole thing fits easily into the “pocket” – even Chris was able to make it fit perfectly on the first try!
Since this baby carrier is so small and intended to be highly portable, it does lack a few of the extra “support” features you can find in bulkier items. BUT – that’s worth it to me! For longer purposes, we’ll probably still rely on our old baby carrier, but when on the go, the BobaAir will definitely be our go-to carrier! I plan to stash it in the car, diaper bag, or stroller even when we’re not planning on needing it – you just never know; and it will be great to not lug around a massive carrier everywhere we go!
As you can see – even Gigi loves it! Even at the age of 3, she still loves to be held, but that can get difficult. She comfortably fits in the BobaAir and loves to “ride on Dada”. Chris said even with her weight (about 30lbs), it was still pretty comfortable and much preferable to carrying her without the BobaAir!
