Zaycon Foods Review: Farm Fresh Meats at a Discounted Price

Zaycon Foods offers farm fresh meat and poultry at a discount price. They buy directly from farmers and deliver high quality food as quickly as possible to you, the buyers. Because they bring you meats at wholesale prices, the product is sold by the case and arrives in a bulk portion at one time. One key practice that you should know up front is that they do not work with farmers that feed their animals hormones! Woo hoo.

Zaycon sent our family 40 lbs of chicken to test out and review for ourselves.  I was out of town when the shipment arrived, but my trusty husband took all the pictures we needed and noted the process well.  Chris said that the box was rather large (as expected), but that he thought the meat could be packaged a little better.  It was not very appealing upon first glance, because it was not sealed well and the chicken was not cleaned.  Chris was a trooper though and spent the girls' nap time trimming, cleaning, and repackaging the chicken.

We've used the chicken for several meals, including BBQ Chicken on the grill.  Our family enjoys the taste and loves having so much chicken always on hand.  Let's face it - we eat a lot of chicken and being able to save on such a family staple is a beautiful thing!

• PRODUCT WARRANTY

We warrant that all food products sold and delivered by Zaycon Food will be of acceptable quality, fit for consumption and free from spoilage and damage. To this end, we ask each customer to open and inspect each case of product the same day they receive the product from Zaycon Foods. If, upon close examination of the contents, the customer finds the product to be of unacceptable quality, we will arrange the return of the partial or complete order and will refund the payment accordingly.

• CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

One of the four values that forms the foundation of our operations is exceptional customer service. Our goal is to have every customer be a satisfied customer. In the rare instance where there are product or delivery issues, we ask our customers to please inform us of the issue (typically via email) so that we might have the chance to fully correct the issue and to restore their confidence in our company.

Zaycon is primarily on the West Coast right now. They are expanding across the middle of the USA this year.
