Can you please explain how the NEW coupon policy differs from the old?
For example, at my local Endicott PC, if I used a 75 cent coupon, the store would take off $1. Is that basically the was it'll work now? Or will the 75 cent coupon be doubled to $1.50?
Your policy will not change then. Before, not all of the stores doubled coupons, so they're now just extending this service to all stores. If your store doubled before, then everything should stay the same.
So now, instead of my 75 cent coupon being doubled to $1, it'll only be doubled to 99 cents? Is that correct?
some price choppers double $1 coupons!! they have a listing on their website under coupon policy
I think you might be wrong on EVERY store. In VT, it still does say up to 1.00. I checked out other stores in VT and they say the same. I hope this is not a mistake because we have so little choice here and I have been relying on their dollar doubler.
They haven't changed the drop down menus yet. Stores that did double $1.00 coupons will now only double 99¢ coupons starting July 10th. All other PC stores have started doubling up to 99¢ already.
Lately, I have become more and more confused when using coupons at my Price Chopper. If you could answer my question I would appreciate it greatly. Today I went to Price Chopper to get a few of the deals above and some produce. I purchased two packages of Ball Park Beef Franks (Buy One Get One Free), and 4 boxes of Tampax Pearl tampons (Buy One Get One Free), a few packages of meat, and corn. I handed the cashier three coupons - the $1/2 coupon from the 6/5 RedPlum insert for Ball Park Franks, and two $3/2 any Tampax Pearl 18 count or higher from the 6/5 P&G insert. The Ball Park coupon came off but only one of the two Tampax coupons scanned and came off. The cashier told me well I guess that you can only use one. When I asked at the Front Desk they kind of just shrugged their shoulders, said they didn't know, and the final answer was that I am at the mercy of the cash register, whatever scans scans and whatever doesn't just doesn't. Can you please give me a real answer? Thanks so much!
The reason that your second coupon probably did not work is because it thought the 2 add'l products were the free ones from the B1G1. If you had done 2 transactions, 2 products & 1 coupon each, it probably would have worked. I know it isn't the answer you want, but it really is up to the computer. Sorry!!
