Hey Steph - it can take up to 24 hours to show up in your account. Try logging out and then back in - something that will trigger it to show up. If it still doesn't show up by tomorrow night, I would email them. They're pretty good about customer service.

Is this only good for new Ruelala customers or does it apply if we have an existing Rue account?
