Who doesn't love free cookies?! October is National Cookie Month and National Book Month! To help kick start such a loaded month, The Great American Cookies Company wants to give you a FREE Cookie on October 1st! Stop by between 10am and 2pm and get a Free Original Chocolate Chip Cookie.
Then, every day in October, you can get a free cookie by participating in their Reading is SWEET campaign! Just donate a new or gently used children's book to any participating store (see list here) and receive a FREE cookie!! All books collected at each store will be offered as a donation to a local branch of the public library or a local charity.
