We received a free coupon a few weeks ago, thanks to Kraft First Taste, and they are small (to be expected), but very tasty!! Perfect size for lunch. Each box comes with 2 servings in it too, so if you're still hungry after the 200 calorie portion, just eat the other and call it a 400 calorie portion :).
