I am SO excited to share with you all about a BIG new change that will be coming this year! I'm currently working on some personal and blogging goals for the upcoming year, and will be posting those shortly, but for now I wanted to let you all know that I'm working on a complete blog redesign for Savings & Stewardship! As part of this redesign project, we'll also be making the switch from Blogger (our current blog host) to Word Press!! Don't worry - this switch will hopefully go off without a hitch and you won't have any trouble getting all of your favorite deals like always.
I would LOVE to know some of YOUR ideas!!
- What do you think of the current color scheme? What colors would you recommend if we changed?
- Do you like the current design ascetic - the swirls and flowers? Would you like to see a new image or design make its way onto the scene?
- What do you think of our name - "Savings & Stewardship" ... do you like it? Does it explain to you what our site is all about? Would you like to see a more modern, hip name ... like "Cute Coupon Chick" perhaps?
Don't worry - these questions are just questions!! I'm not making any major changes as of yet ... just want to know what you think!

To answer your questions...
#1 I think there is too much white space currently in the blog, but I do associate the maroon color with your name/blog.
#2 I like the header as it is. Once again, I associate it with your blog. I do think your blog would benefit from some column separation, which is probably why I zero in on a lot of white space. For me, information on blogs tend to be overwhelming when things aren't divided. My eyes don't know where to start first. This is just me. Another alternative to dividing the columns is making the headers maroon or colored instead of gray.
#3 I think your blog name is catchy.

Why don't you use the image your friend drew that is on your business cards from Storkie? Just an idea!
The maroon color should stay. The columns will all be fixed when you switch to Thesis (you are switching to Thesis right?)
I am up in the air about the name! I do like Cute Coupon Chick but changing your blog name has a whole new set of issues. However, if you are going to do it, now is the time!
